The Mission of Sherman Jr. High is to prepare ALL STUDENTS to succeed in a rapidly changing society.  We accept the responsibility and accountability for providing a challenging, standards-based, technologically enhanced curriculum within a safe, supportive, and positive school setting.

Announcements:

-EARLY DISMISSAL RESCHEDULED - The three hour early dismissal that was scheduled for Friday, January 15th has been rescheduled for January 26th.  Thus, the 2nd semester begins on the 27th.

-PATRIOT'S PEN ESSAY WINNERS - Congratulations to Seth Pettry for receiving first place and Sydney Burdette for receiving third place in a Veteran's Day Essay Contest that was held throughout our entire district.

-ZAP-A-SNACK CELEBRATION - The celebration will occur on Wednesday, January 20th in the morning.
