4/20/13 - FUNDRAISER WINNER - Grand Prize Winner of the Reverse Raffle was Owen Hawk of Charleston - $8450 in cash.
Runner up was Rick Plymale taking home a Galaxy Lanes bowling party for 10 people.
Capital took First Runner Up at the WV State Invitational Band Festival in Glenville WV. See some snapshots from the show.
