Testing begins daily at 8:05  - Late arriving students must wait in a designated area until break and will be required to complete a makeup test the following week. Daily snacks will be provided during break time for all students.

You will find listed below information that will help you to understand the billing procedure we use for the hot lunch and breakfast program at Taylor County Middle School.

1. As students pass through the meal line, their ID number is recorded for each meal eaten.

2. Breakfast/lunch bills are issued in homeroom during the first week of each month. Bills include breakfast and lunch charges for the previous month and total amount due.

3. Students are expected to pay their lunch bills by due date indicated on bill.

4. Parents should place the bill and checker or proper amount of money in an envelope and have it returned to TCMS. Please write on the check your student's ID number. If paying bills for two students with one check, write information for both students. (Example: #830001001 $10.50 & #830009001 $20.10)

5. Lunch money should be given to homeroom teacher or turned in at the office. The office will provide a receipt once payments are credited in the office. PLEASE KEEP RECEIPTS - ESPECIALLY IF PAYING IN CASH!

6. Students who have not paid their bill may lose charging privileges until their account has been paid in full. If there are extenuating circumstances for non-payment, the parent should see Mrs. Gallaher.

7. Applications for free/reduced lunch were mailed from our central office. If you did not receive one and feel you may be eligible, have your child pick up on in the school office.
