Cumulative Penalty:  Violation of any of the above outlined policies may result in penalties being enforced in another sport’s season. Infractions are cumulative for the entire middle school participation of each student.

It is the responsibility of the athlete, athlete’s parent/guardian, school activity sponsor and/or law enforcement officials to report violations outside the school environment to the school administration and athletic director. Following an investigation into the matter, whereby the student is given due process, the penalty phase of the policies can be administered.  NOTE:  T.C.M.S. will not act on any incident that is based on hearsay, secondhand accounts or correspondence received anonymously.
