Notice to Coaches:

Preston High will be hosting several track meets during the 2009 season. To sign-up for any of these meets, click on the Official Entry Form and check the meet(s) you would like to attend. Failure to attend an event you have registered for will result in the loss of future invitations to meets held at Preston High. All of our meets use Finish Lynx and Hy-Tek Meet Manager. There will be two ways to send us your entries before the meet you are attending; www.athletic.net or Hy-Tek Team Manager Lite.

Our preferred method for entries is Athletic.net. Athletic.net is a very easy and useful website to keep track of your team over the course of the season. After the meet is completed, the results will be uploaded for your team for future use. Click here for the 4 easy Step by step instructions for athletic.net

The other method for entries is by using Download Team Manager Lite. Click here for Team Manager Lite instructions. You can download the meet information (Coaches Letter) and Event Files for each meet by clicking the links in the box under each meet. Once you have downloaded Team Manger Lite and imported the event file, you then can enter your athletes. After your athletes are entered then please email the entry file to phsrun@hotmail.com.
