Mr. Smith is our Physical Education teacher and started teaching here in 2000. He came to us from Elkins Middle School where he taught for 14 years. Prior to that, Mr. Smith was the director of the YMCA in Elkins.

Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Dayton in Ohio, where he played football for four years and got his degree in Phys. Ed. and health in 1989. Mr. Smith received his Masters Degree in Special Ed. from WVU.

Mr. Smith is married with 3 children. His wife Mary teaches Kindergarten at Jennings Randolph. his son, Bobby, 21, is a Junior at West Virginia Wesleyan, son Jeb, 19, is a Freshman at Fairmont State and daughter, Katie, 17, is a Junior at Elkins High.
