The Barbour County Board of Education met in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2006 at the Board of Education Office, 105 South Railroad Street, Philippi, West Virginia.
Patrick Jones, President, presided; Brian Kisamore, Greg Nestor and Jerry Phillips Members, and Jeff Kittle, Secretary, were present. Brad Robinson, Jr., Member, was absent. Also in attendance were: Jack Reger, Elaine Benson, Karen Boone, Glenn Sweet, Sharon Cross, Jack Valentine, Carl Bolton, Matthew Bright, Ronda Jones, Marjorie George, Brett Mick, Ira Mayle, Susan DeLong, Deloris Phillips, Dottie Upton, Boyd Mayle, Dottie Talbott, Carl Phillips, Lora Phillips, Carol Edge, Julie Ware and Deborah O’Brien.
Mr. Jones called the meeting to order at 5:30. Mr. Phillips led the pledge to the flag.
A motion was made by Mr. Nestor to accept the revised agenda. The motion was seconded by Mr. Phillips and passed four (4) to zero (0).
A work session was held focusing on food service.
A motion was made by Mr.
Phillips, seconded by Mr. Nestor and passed four (4) to zero (0) to approve the
minutes of December 5, 2006.
