certification and approve continued suspension without pay for lack of
certification until such certification is received from WVDE.
13. Recommendation: Employ Heather Bowen as Secretary/Computer
Operator/Programmer/Receptionist/Switchboard Operator Central Office, 220
days effective January 2, 2008. (105 days remaining on contract) Employment is contingent upon clearance of criminal convictions as defined
