1.         Recommendation:  In compliance with Attendance Policy J-3, approve requests for out-of-zone attendance for school year 2007-2008 contingent upon compliance with pupil-teacher ratio – Enclosure B

 

2.         Recommendation:  In compliance with Attendance Policy J-3, approve requests for out-of-county attendance for school year 2007-2008 - Enclosure C

3.         Recommendation:   Approve budget adjustments. – Enclosure D

4.         Recommendation:  Approve the final total of the August 28, 2007 net payroll and related taxes and withholdings in the amount of $90,459.41 – Enclosure E

 

5.         Recommendation:  Approve payment of bills for the period of August 21, 2007 through September 10, 2007 at a total expenditure of $237,115.42- Enclosure F

 

6.         Recommendation:  Authorize the September 10, 2007 payroll for all regular extended and special programs payroll and federal withholdings not to exceed the amount of $770,000.00 to be released in accordance with Federal Law.  (Refer to Enclosure F)

 

7.         Recommendation:  Authorize the payment of utility bills due before next board meeting not to exceed $12,000.00. (Refer to Enclosure F)

 

8.         Recommendation:  Approve final total of utility bills in the amount of $3,061.82. – Enclosure G

 

9.         Recommendation:  Approve/Confirm fund raising activity requests as submitted (all candy sales will be done outside school hours) – Enclosure H
