1. Recommendation: Approve budget adjustments – Enclosure #2
2. Recommendation: Approve the final total of the June 15, 2007 net payroll and related taxes and withholdings in the amount of $569,559.70– Enclosure #3
3. Recommendation: Approve payment of bills for the period of June 12, 2007 through June 25, 2007 at a total expenditure of $329,348.78 -Enclosure #4
4. Recommendation: Authorize the June 28, 2007 payroll for all regular and extended and special programs payroll and federal withholdings not to exceed the amount of $610,000.00 to be released in accordance with Federal Law. (Refer to enclosure #4)
Authorize the July and August payrolls for all regular and extended and special programs payroll and federal withholdings in accordance with state law not to exceed the amount of $2,232,000.00 to be released in accordance with Federal Law. (Refer to enclosure #4)
5. Recommendation: Approve the final total of the Gear-UP Summer enrichment field trip on June 15, 2007 in the amount of $4,841.00– Enclosure #5
6. Recommendation: Approve First Service Insurance to provide student insurance for the 2007-2008 school year – Enclosure #6
7. Recommendation: Approve/Confirm fund raising activity requests as submitted (all candy sales will be done outside school hours) – Enclosure #7
