Change the first sentence in section 3.1 to read: South to and including Rock Run Road (904) and includes city limits of Belington.
Change the last sentence in section 3.1 to read: West on the Talbott Road (17) to the Randolph and Upshur County lines including county routes (19) and (17/2) as well as Trinity.
Change section
